Melissa is a past president of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and is proud of her company’s elite CRMC® (Certified Residential Management Company) status. This title has been earned by fewer than fifty companies throughout the United States and only three in California. Actively involved and committed to the community, Melissa has served on several non-profit boards.
Melissa works tirelessly with her team of committed long term employees to ensure that their client’s residential investment properties run safely and smoothly while in their care. Because her company does not buy or sell real estate, property management is the sole focus. Melissa and her enthusiastic staff concentrate on minimizing expenses and maximizing profits for property owners while taking care of tenant needs.

Matt Prandi Borries, was literally born into the business. Vice President of PRANDI Property Management, and son of Melissa Prandi, he earned his California Real Estate License in 2007 and has since earned his Broker’s License. He works closely with the rest of the PRANDI staff, managing a diverse portfolio throughout all of Marin County.
Also an avid photographer, our marketing department utilizes Matt’s professional wide-angle camera equipment to highlight the highly sought-after features each of our properties offer. Many of Matt’s images have graced the walls of galleries around the county, and he is the talent behind all of our property marketing photos. Matt also enjoys meeting new people and loves to surf.

Christine Goodin has been with PRANDI Property Management, Inc., CRMC® for almost 20 years. She was born in San Francisco but has called Marin County home for the majority of her life. A California Licensed Real Estate Agent since 2004, Christine loves to be challenged in the residential leasing and property management industry. The ever-present challenges create an environment that keeps her growing and moving forward on a daily basis.
Christine has earned her RMP ® and MPM ® designations through the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). She is one of only two MPM®’s (Master Property Mangers) in Marin County; Melissa Prandi also carries this designation. Christine was a key contributor to our company becoming a CRMC (Certified Residential Management Company) and in addition to her years of practical experience, her involvement in obtaining this designation for our company has given her the exposure and understanding of the complete picture of residential property management.
Christine’s role as Vice President of Operations includes mentoring and support of our property management teams practices and processes, company policies and procedures management, company software management, owner & resident relations, client/lease negotiations, internal employee training, and perhaps most important of all, she is in charge of making sure PRANDI has enough “Friday-Funday’s” each year!
Christine has dedicated many years to serving the NARPM Marin/Sonoma Chapter, as well as a few years on the CAL NARPM state board of directors. Her service to this association for so many years has not only been educational, but so gratifying as well. She is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Terra Linda. Christine is a graduate of Leadership Novato and was most recently recognized as Property Manager of the Year for 2020 at the annual Property Management Mastermind Conference.

Tara Page joined PRANDI Property Management as Assistant to the President. She is currently working closely with Melissa on the oversight of a Portfolio of single family homes, condos and apartment buildings. Tara comes to us with a wealth of knowledge from the commercial and residential property management industry. She is a Marin local, and mother of two active girls.
Tony joined the PRANDI Property Management team in 2016 as a Maintenance Manager. Tony has gained extensive experience in project management, client, and vendor relations over his 8 years with PRANDI.
Tony oversees the day-to-day operations of the PRANDI maintenance department which includes over 300 workorders spread across over 650 properties. He also oversees PRANDI’s extensive list of valued vendors and manages all aspects of maintenance from small to large projects.
Tony’s team consists of 4 maintenance coordinators, who handle all aspects of tenant maintenance requests for all the properties as well as a lead maintenance coordinator who assists him in administration and project management. The maintenance department also has a field services person who is boots on the ground to assist in various aspects of property management as it relates to maintenance.
Some of Tony’s past experience includes over 22 years in Law Enforcement, after this career he had a bio-hazard cleaning business in which he managed crime scene and accidental death scenes as well as large scale hoarder home and property cleaning. His considerable human relations and problem-solving skills are invaluable skills for property management. He enjoys his role as Maintenance Manager because there are new and different challenges each day.
Tony has 3 adult children who all live in the bay area. When he’s not working he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Christine as well as with family and friends.
Hannah joined PRANDI in June 2021 as a Maintenance Coordinator for Team 3. She attends to the work orders from tenants and ensures tenant satisfaction by dealing with maintenance requests efficiently.
She worked in the customer service industry for six years as a Quality Analyst. Her experience helped her better understand the team and the tenants.
Hannah works tirelessly and always gives her best to ensure that the work orders assigned to her are complete with details and is always open to any feedback on how to improve her work.
Hannah considers herself an introvert so she spends most of her free time alone while reading and playing with her adorable cats.
Shirley Lopez-Cano, Director of Accounting, joined the PRANDI team in 2013. She started as the front desk receptionist, answering phones and directing all incoming calls. After nine years working with PRANDI, she manages the Accounting Department alongside Evangeline Aquino, Nikki Macias, and Reidun Waage.
Shirley is in the last semester of her Applied Accounting course and will graduate next Summer. She has two wonderful boys. In her time outside the office, Shirley enjoys spending time with friends and family and going to different places in Marin, but she mostly spends her time studying.

I grew up in Marin County and attended Redwood High School and College of Marin receiving my real estate property management certification.
I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, camping and being outdoors. I have a passion for animals and nature, and love taking my dogs on hikes and discovering new trails throughout Marin County or relaxing on the beach & playing in the waves.
I have over 10 years experience in the service industry and am always eager to find new avenues and solutions, which has coached me with a strong ability to solve problems. I also love to cook and enjoy finding challenging new recipes, especially foods from other countries, to share with my family and friends.
Pam is an assistant property manager at PRANDI Property Management where she handles the day-to-day owner and tenant requests, including maintenance issues, tenant screening, leasing agreements and document preparation.
Prior to working at PRANDI, Pam held several administrative and managing positions at several Marin-based businesses. Most recently, she worked at the Marin Community Map Book in account management. Her extensive background in administration is invaluable in her role at PRANDI.
Pam holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from The Ohio State University and has lived in Marin since 1993. In her spare time, Pam volunteers for the San Rafael Public Library and enjoys traveling, hiking and going to the movies.
Christy is a Customer Relations Associate at PRANDI, where she works closely with all of the PRANDI Teams to answer initial customer inquiries in a timely manner. Christy helps schedule property showings, provides support to complete tenant applications, updates property insurance compliance and the PRANDI portfolio database. Christy is people oriented and has a strong customer service background, with nearly 15 years’ experience.
When she’s not working, Christy enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She enjoys taking mini family vacations to create lasting memories. Christy is also very creative and loves to design and make elaborate hair accessories for her daughter and school projects with her son.
Nikki Macias, Administrative Associate, is a Marin County native who grew up in Terra Linda and has been with PRANDI for over 17years. Nikki is very family-oriented and enjoys spending time with her family and rooting for the Warriors and 49ers with her grandson.
Sendi has been working in the real estate/property management business for 14 years in the bay area, primarily Marin County. She was born in San Francisco, and has lived in Marin County for the past 14 years.
Sendi joined the Property Management team as Property Manager. She works closely with Matt and Melissa regarding lease-only properties and helps manage a portfolio of single-family homes, condos, and apartment buildings. She has experience in Marin County in Property Management for over 14 Years and lives in the area.
Sendi loves property management, has attention to detail, and enjoys the “Never a Dull Moment” while living and working in Marin County.
I joined PRANDI in August 2023 as an Account Assistant. I am a Certified Bookkeeper and have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Information Systems and previously worked as a Bookkeeping Manager. I was in the customer service industry for more than a year. My job is to serve as a valuable support in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department. I have an astute attention to detail. I have developed the skill of thoroughly inspecting and analyzing information, documents, and assignments, leaving no room for oversight or mistakes. Beyond my professional life, I have a deep passion for exploring new destinations and experiencing the wonders of the world through travel. Traveling is not just a hobby for me; it’s a way of life that ignites my curiosity and enriches my perspective.
Kim started working for PRANDI in October 2019 as a Maintenance Coordinator handling work orders from the tenants and communicating with vendors to ensure work orders are done efficiently and that vendors are paid in a timely manner. She is dependable and quick-witted, and her can-do attitude is something to behold!
She is now the Lead Maintenance Coordinator and assists Tony with administration and projects, supports the Maintenance Coordinators, and helps train new hires as needed. She loves her role as she gets to wear different hats! Kim is creative and loves discovering new things to improve her workflow.
In her spare time, she would binge-watch thriller series and crime documentaries. She’d go to the beach to decompress, and would probably book a massage!
Delightful to be a part of PRANDI onset August 2021. I have been in the “people-first” business providing upbeat customer service for almost 10 years, making sure our customers’ needs are met in a manner that reflects positively on the company-Consistently and Compassionately. During time off, my daughter and I are volunteers to our church congregation in different activities and fellowships.
Ava joined PRANDI in January of 2022 as a maintenance coordinator. She manages maintenance requests from tenants and makes sure that their stay is as comfortable as they can be. Prior to joining PRANDI, she worked in the customer service industry for more than 4 years.
When Ava is not working, she enjoys watching movies, sitting by the beach to feel the breeze, and enjoying night skies rather than sunsets.
Ava's main belief in life is that “Kindness is free” and to never let anyone take your kindness away from you.
A maintenance enthusiast with a passion for efficiency and a knack for problem-solving. Expert in scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.
With 8 years of solid foundation as a customer representative, Jen brings valuable insights and skills to the role of Maintenance Coordinator. Having honed exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities while addressing tenants' concerns and inquiries.
Beyond work, Jen finds joy in caring for her son and indulging in her passion for sneakers. Juggling parental responsibilities with an entrepreneurial spirit, Jen thrives as an online sneaker reseller, leveraging her profound love for footwear. With a personal collection exceeding 50 pairs, Jen cultivates a deep appreciation for the artistry of shoes.
I was born and raised in Marin County and it has been a blessing that has created many opportunities for me in the community. I attended San Rafael High and graduated from Sonoma State with a degree in Pre-Physical Therapy with a minor in Gerontology.
My career path has taken me down many revenues with the last 6 years being in the service industry. I started off in the field of construction and it taught me to view things with a different perspective. When you combine construction and the service industry, you learn to think on your feet and problem solve quickly. These are just a few of the skills that I have brought with me to PRANDI.
I enjoy traveling, photography, bowling, classic cars and spending time with my family. Most weekends are consumed by my two dogs and getting them outdoors to explore with my partner.
Erus joined the PRANDI Property Management team as a Maintenance Coordinator in January 2023. She handles Team 1 work orders and is always eager to communicate with the vendors and tenants for work updates. She also works closely with the property managers and assists in drafting tenant leases.
Prior to this role, she worked as a customer representative which provided her with a solid foundation for her current position. This has helped her improve her skills in handling issues and ensuring that tenants' maintenance concerns are resolved promptly.
Erus considers working with PRANDI a life-changing experience, as she learns new things every day and receives tremendous support from the amazing maintenance team. She is hardworking and always offers a helping hand.
In her downtime, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with friends.

Nicole Aziz joined PRANDI in July of 2022 as a Property Manager. She is looking forward to growing and learning in real estate. Nicole loves animals, hiking, trying new foods and spending time with family.
Born and raised in the beautiful San Juan Islands in Washington state, Quin has always had a deep appreciation for nature and a love for animals.
For over a decade, Quin lent his talents to the city of San Francisco, where he managed a photography rental store. In this role, he honed his skills in customer service, organizational management, and creative problem-solving.
Seeking new horizons, Quin and his wife made the decision to embark on a new chapter of their lives, relocating from the bustling streets of San Francisco to the serene landscapes of Marin.
Fueled by a desire for new challenges and professional growth, Quin made the decision to transition into the world of real estate. Motivated by his curiosity in property management and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, he is studying for his estate license, eager to embark on this exciting new chapter in his career.
Hello, I'm Celine. I have a rich background in both education and administration. For 10 fulfilling years, I was a primary school teacher, dedicated to working with children and helping them grow academically and personally. It was a rewarding experience that allowed me to develop strong communication and organizational skills while fostering a nurturing environment for my students.
After my decade in teaching, I transitioned into a role as an administrative assistant. In this position, I created detailed reports, scheduled appointments, and managed staff. This role enhanced my ability to multitask and improved my proficiency in various administrative tasks, allowing me to support the smooth operation of the office.
Outside of my professional life, I have a passion for cooking. I love experimenting with new recipes and creating delicious meals for my family and friends. Additionally, I am devoted to taking care of my one-year-old baby girl, which has been an incredibly rewarding and joyous experience. Balancing my professional and personal life has given me a well-rounded perspective and a strong appreciation for both career and family.
Dale joined PRANDI in 2024 as Resident Accounting Admin. She handles all tenants' financial-related concerns. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management and served as a Student Assistant in the HR Office of her University. She also worked in the Customer Service Industry for more than 2 years.
Assisting tenants, making sure that accounts are up to date, and constant communication when needed with any financial-related concern to make sure of having the best experience tenants can have with PRANDI. All these skills were nurtured and enhanced throughout her experiences.
Dale enjoys spending her free time watching movies/series, TikToks, reading and writing novels/stories, any fun activities with her partner and furbaby, and catching up with family and friends.
