It is a busy time of the year for the Accounting Department. All of our 2012 Income and Expense Summaries have been posted to our owners' account portals. We have also posted the Substitute Forms 1098 for owners with mortgages. 1099-MISC forms were mailed out by the 30th of January. We are currently looking at our tasks in February, where we will now turn our attention to preparing 592-B notices for owners who are non-residents of California.
