Tenants are responsible for all utility charges, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance and in writing. They must also change all billing information to their name and mailing address as of the move-in date stated on the lease. Most of our multi-unit or apartment-complex owners find it best to include water and garbage in the monthly rent. Oftentimes our owners will also include a semi-annual gardening service for the properties they want to ensure are cared for by a previously established landscape management team.
