When a tenant is approved, charge their security deposit prior to move-in. Tenants are not given the keys to their new rental home until all move-in monies (prorated rent for the remainder of the month and full security deposit) are paid. Our PRANDI security deposit standard is equal to one and a half times the monthly rent. If pets are allowed, an additional deposit (to be determined by owner and property manager) would be required at the time of move in. We can take up to two times the monthly rent for unfurnished properties, and up to three times the monthly rent for furnished homes.
