Placing tenants in your rental property while you're not using it can be a resourceful way to obtain some extra income [and basically have someone else pay the mortgage]! Many owners already know how involved the process of property management can be, and they are often willing to take on the day-to-day themselves--which is why we offer a Leasing Only service.
